Batch 3/3/23, 6.1% via Appalachian. Pint glass at home. The drink before the nightcap. Clear, medium gold, faint lace. Lemon oil, sulfur, floral blueberry muffins, hand soap nose; not great so far. Very medicinal. Floral honey, slick, somewhat fake blueberry(can says concentrate), sugary Lemonheads, very little acid, no tartness. Sugary mess without any tart lemonade. Hard pass.

Single from Appalachian, $4.95. Mojito glass at home. Clear, dark, orange amber, frothy pour. Apple-pineapple juice box nose. Strong juice box & concentrated currant juice, vanilla, cherry, cranberry, dried pineapple. Very tart & very sweet. Good pucker. Simple industrial flavors. Moderately tannic, decent acid, middling carb, & strong astringency. Whatever abv & a sulfite headache. Okay gateway drug. Top 50 is kind of a sad reflection.

Single from Beach Liquors in Fort Walton. Mojito glass at home. Clear, mellow gold pour with a smidge of carb. Pineapple juice, sticky white sugar & cloying fruit syrup nose with a bit of chem burn. Syrupy, sweet n sour pineapple, astringent middle, some weak potpourri passionfruit, chem burn, sweet onion, bit of tea tannin on the tail. Whisper of carb, very goopy, medium strong acid, belly burn. Smelled quite trashy but was tolerable.
