Fully hazy dark red beer, small pink head. Raspberries², incredibly intense, with wet wood & ureum. Raspberry jam with a dash of limejuice. Sour, unripe strawberry, raspberry, lemon. Raspberry with more than a dash of lemonjuice. Acidburn and -thinning. Fruitslick, low carbonation. A fantastic first try of a brewery and cidermaker I like to hear more from!
