(Bottle, Foersters Feine Biere, Berlin, 24 Aug 2017) Golden colour with lasting white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, grain, grass and herbal hops. Malty taste with notes of bread, hay, grass, cereal and a mild grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well made helles. Enjoyable.

500ml Bottle - Hazy amber with a foamy head. Banana, peach and toffee in the aroma. Slightly sweet yet enjoyable taste with notes of banoffee, peach and biscuity malt.

Pours reddish from the bottle. The thin, frothy head soon fades. Aroma is malty sweet, bits of caramel and summer garden. Taste is sweet, grassy, light dollop of cherry. Finishes much the same, perhaps a touch of cough drop. Body is medium, carbonation is mild. Overall dull with a capital D.

Aus der Flasche im 2017-08 getrunken. Das hier ist ein Land was versucht ein Pale Ale zu sein. Naja alles ist wohl Geschmacksache meins ist es nicht.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A slightly hazy amber beer with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild grassy hops, toasted malt, caramel. Taste of mild fruity hops, caramel, cereals, mild bitterness.

Cask at GBBF ’17, 11/08/17. Usual hefe banana and cloves aroma. Pale gold and opaque. Creamy white head. Sweet penny sweets banana, a hint of sourness. Citrus. Medium bodied. Soft. Light fizzy carbonation. Abrupt finish. I like a hefe and I like this.
