Aroma is slightly stale with nuts, some grainy malt and hints of hay. Flavour has nuts, some roasted malt, hints of coffee and solvent. Some hops in the finish. Decent stuff.

Aroma is sweetish and a bit floury with ripe banana and hints of floury apples. Flavour is a bit weird and watery with bubblegum and banana. Also hints of cardboard. Rather foamy palate. Drinkable.

Bottled 500ml (BZ, BB 12/2011)
Clear amber color, small white head, some lace. Malty nose with some apple fruityness. Medium-bodied. Sweetish fruity maltyness, grassy hops, oily malty aftertaste. IMHO not a dunkel at all but kind of Märzen. Balanced, but not very interesting.
