Gravicask. Half-pint, shared with Finn. Coal black body, dotted spots on the glassware, bubbles on the surface. Nice aromas of roasted chocolate malts, mid-dry. The taste character follows suit with roasted chocolate malts, earthy, and with a backdrop of black coffee towards a fair roasted end. Medium bodied. Likeable.

Gravicask, half-pint, shared with Finn. Misty golden body, low white head, dotted spots on the glass. Subdued aromas of ripe citrus fruits. Carefully blended taste of lemony hops and berry moments. Ripe fruity finish. Satisfying.

Hazy pale gold with a frothy white head and an aroma of citrus hops and some light malt. Light bodied and smooth, there's a light ale quality to it with just a touch of citrus hop charcater above the light biscuit malt backbone

Third of a pint at the 32nd Shrewsbury Beer Festival on 26th September 2024. Urine pale golden body, white bubbles, see a doctor for help. Strange citrus based aroma and taste, didn't quite work for me, a bit like someone's home brew being allowed to be at a CAMRA beer festival. Scored kindly because I'm nice!
