A very slight haze, golden colour with an amber hue, a small white cap leaving a little ring around the brew. A beautiful, fresh nose of citrus, botanical floral notes and berries. Kind of like 7up with hints of strawberries. The taste shows some nice sourness that lingers. Later, tart is left on tongue. A nice sour brew with the help of Crosscut Distillery - which is also worth visiting.
