For 25 years, the Cap has been a community space for live music, comedy, and art of all kinds. Although the Cap has shifted and changed over the years, creating a space for artist to grow (or just hang out) is at the heart of what we do. A dark brown stout with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with coffee grind, musty character, pleasant. In mouth, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee, a bit thin. On tap at The Joyce.

A pinkish gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice tart mix of ground cherry, light lactic notes, Epsom salts, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, citrus pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
