Bottle from Marcus. Pours copper with a beige head. Slightly toasty malt aroma - not roasty like APA malts - something else. Near med body. The flavor is rather malty and it has an unpleasant/inapropriate hop I can’t identify. Not liking it.

Bottle. Pours clear orange, small quick to dissipate white head, decent lacing. Aroma is corn syrup, pine cones, malt syrup. Flavor is fairly sweet, oddly lagerish, lots of corn, a bit of metallic bitterness on the finish, lingering like a tongue stuck to a flagpole. Medium body. Meh, but not as bad as it smells.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a dark brown with a ruby hue. Aroma of roasty malts and a little coffee and chocolate. Taste is light bitter abd light sweet. Milk chocolate and caramel with coffee bitterness on the funish. Medium bodied with a somewhat thin texture. Lively carbonation abd a very long finish. Overall, awesome. This beer is pretty darn good.
