Can, forgot to check date, but purchased from the brewery and consumed the same day, so almost certainly fresh. Drunk 8/28/21.
Mostly clear, pale-brass with a medium-sized white head that shows fair retention.
Light and moderately hoppy nose of light tropical and yellow fruits. Malts are apparent, adding honey and biscuit. Some more leaf/wood/spice on the end. Clean, not boozy or resinous.
In the mouth it's a touch vegetal but dry and with a malty texture with good balance. Again, vague-ish hop character is kind of muddled like the finger guns, but it's not unpleasant.

Draught at the brewery, 8/28/21.
Clear brass-golden. Medium-sized, white head fades steadily to ring.
Excellent white grape and mineral gives an authentic presence to the nose. Plentiful maltiness contributes honey, as well and it's quite clean and not over-hopped.
Soft and malty, very drinkable with low but engaging carbonation. More grape character with lower hop character (light leafy, spicy bitterness). Maybe on the sweeter side? Or maybe I'm just used to overhopped kellers these days. Clean and pleasant, for sure.

Draught at the brewery, 8/28/21.
Medium to lightly hazy. Pale golden. Small white head sits at cover.
Lemon, orange and honey sits prominently in the nose. Standard clean, low yeast-apparency nose. Some leafy/spicy/lush notes with warming and no alcohol or flaw noted.
Pretty nice showing of mosaic here with sparse biscuit and honey balancing. Flavor is heavily mosaic leafiness/spiciness/greenery/woodsy thing that lots of concentrated mosaic does. But, importantly there is almost zero scallion here. Soft, well-attenuated texture and low but ample bitterness. Very nice and drinkable.

Darker bronze with a small, white head that quickly fades to ring. Medium-to-light haziness.
Nose is super vague. Just getting sweet-ish malts (honey, bread, maybe even caramel) with bubble gummy yeast and very light hop notes that are difficult to pinpoint. Papapya/mango? Red grapefruit?
It's sweeter in the mouth, but still attenuated enough. Very light bitterness with moderate juiciness. Easy and soft with lingering white grape and tropical fruit.
