Brewery draught, 4/15/23. Clear brassy-blonde. Sizeable white head, well retained. Peachy fruit esters. Clean, super light with biscuit and white bread. Soft, sort of malty, but could be maltier. Tons of peachy fruit esters. Watery, drinkable. Would like more malt depth and more yeast depth than just peachy ester.

Brewery 4/15/23. Dark with cola tints. Beige head to spotty cover. Roasty nose with nutty, toasty dark malts and maybe not enough base malt. Soft, lightly malty though a bit thin. Chocolate, toast, light roast. Clean, dry.

Brewery draught, 4/15/23. Amber-bronze. White head to cover. Rich malts. Caramel, sour hop. More sour hop and light caramel. Gross floral pine character, kinda vomitty. Not too sweet but just basic caramel and cracker. Nothing interesting or pleasant about these flavors, aka a well-done WC IPA.

Brewery draught, 4/15/23. Moderately hazy, blonde-brass. Medium sized white head of moderate retention. Heavy pineapple notes to the point of dominance. Yeasty and lightly malty with white bread. No alcohol noted. Clean. Soft, lightly malty, very yeasty with strong fruit ester and heavy, heavy pineapple notes. White bread malts, almost no bitterness. Not boozey, at least.

Brewery draught, 4/15/23. Clear bronze-honey. Small, white head slowly to ring. Floral, herbal, spicy hops and hints of caramel but not a blast of big, sweet malt. No huge toast or bread. Clean. Mild fruitiness. Soft, malty, good attenuation. Good mix of base and specialty malt with easygoing hops adding floral and herbal notes with gentle bitterness that is still sufficient to balance. Clean.

Brewery draught, 4/15/23. Hint of haze, brassy-blonde, well-retained white head. Decent estery nose without any excessively crude phenols. Orange, vanilla, light clove and rustic grains. Clean. Soft, moderately malty with clove and vanilla. Citrusy and light honey and white bread from the malt. Pretty American but at least clean, malty, attenuated not too phenolic.

Last from my to go brew. Light brown. Nose is faint earth and cocoa. Taste some chocolate earth, coffee, fruit. Thin.

Brew 5 from “core” brews mix pack. Orange pour not many bubbles. Nose is caramel and dried fruits. Tatses dried apricot, caramel, sasparilla, flowery. Touch thin.

From mix pack. At first appeared more clear but it is indeed a hazy juicy brew. Nose is grapefruit and grass. Tastes of grapefruit, orange, candy, floral. Medium bodied.

Core mixer. Clearish gold. Honey, candy and orange peel on nose. Tastes similar. Some sweetness. Pretty good touch watery for style.
