Bottle pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Opaque black with ring of head and no lacing. Aroma is strong coffee, chocolate, sweet malt, rum. Taste is strong coffee, roasted malts, hint of barrel. Smooth, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Aroma bests taste. Wish there was more barrel.

Beer # 14,997… 500 ml bottle. Aroma is soft oak, coffee, chocolate. Flavor is rum heavy. Smoke, oak, coffee, and a mild oily / butter like texture over the mouth. Pretty interesting overall.

2023 bottle (undated) shared by AirForceHops on 4/12/24. Dark mahogany with lighter violet highlights. Small, tan head to ring quickly. Toffee, coffee, sticky rum and buttery barrel with a bit of vanilla. Not quite as much malt as expected but maybe it's been heavily melloeed by the rest. Not boozey. Very rum-forward with floral and cane-like notes. Mineral, vegetal, light coffee and buttery toffee on the finish. A bit dry and alcoholic, though not hot. Needs a good deal more maltiness and I'm not sure how wonderfully coffee goes with rum. Lingering buttered rum and light coffee roast. Very thin malts.

5 oz draft. Aroma is peach and vanilla. Flavor is soft pie filling with a soft vanilla finish. Smooth mouthfeel without lactose noticeable. As expected!

5 oz draft. Aroma os mango and sweet grain. Flavor is juicy tropical fruit that speaks “ mango and melons” with a very light herb bitterness. Well constructed with a nice hop profile.

5 oz draft. Flavor is a classic cherry sour. Mild lingering cherry with a soft lactic acid finish.

5 oz draft. Aroma has cinnamon and roast. Mild vanilla with light cinnamon. Body is nice from the Nitro. Pretty good.

5 oz draft. Aroma of graham cracker, marshmallows. Flavor has the graham cracker and vanilla with a bitter/ over roasted malt. Just ok for me.
