Dark amber color. Simple aroma, just some light caramel. Dry, not really a Dunkel.

Pale yellow color. Light vanilla aroma. Watery, dry, with a quite strong bitterness (but maybe too long infusion).

Splügen Quinto, Poretti
The label says: "Rich, deep, natural and with a full and pleasant taste, this new beer by Splügen, unfiltered, is brewed with 5 fine cereals: Wheat, Barley, Oats, Rye, Spelt."
Cloudy blond color. Light wheat aroma, paper, corn. Thin mouthfeel, not enough characteristic. Ordinary finish, just more bitter than the average.

A slightly hazy orange beer with a small and fast disappearing head. The aroma is slightly sweet and malty with a hint of menthol. The flavor is slightly sweet and malty with notes of oranges. It ends on a slight bitterness, that prickles the tongue. A very watery beer.

The aroma is sweet and sligthly hoppy. The color is yellow and it has a beutiful lasting head - suprising for a mass market pilsener. The flavor is slightly sweet and rather hoppy. It turns dry in the end. An OK very drinkable beer.

2012-09-28, draught at Pibar, Lausanne, 6-3-6-3-14=32
Hazy blond color, with persistent head. Delicate and fresh aroma of malt. Smooth mouthfeel, delicate malt flavor, fresh, with light lemony touch, and correct bitterness.
It’s an efficient bière de soif.
What? Such beer from feldschlosschen??? I’m surprised.

Blond beer, with a nice Belgian lace. Pleasant hop aroma. The taste is quite boring, sweet, without the promised hop.

Strange orange color. No aroma. Artificial fruity flavor (mango? I would say: artificial peach); sweet. No palate. Soft drink for kids.
