Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Hazy yellow colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, citric. Taste is sweetish, appley, fleshy, fruity, funk hint, some citrus and light acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying mellow acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

23/10/2024. Bottle bought at St.Cousair wine & grocery, at the Gotemba Outlet, south of Tokyo. Enjoyed on the bullet train to Kyoto. Pours cloudy pale orange gold with minimal head. Aroma is apple core, citrusy, lightly tannic, fruity hedgerow notes. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Drying semi-sweet finish. Quite drinkable.
