Brewery draught, 8/15/25.
Clear bright gold. Small, white head.
Rich herb. Hint of blue cheese and pepper. Good yeast character. Crackery malts. Clean.
Snappy and hoppy with good malt adding sourdough and light honey. Med-light body drying out on the fairly crisp, hoppy finish. Flowery, with mineral and heirloom yeast qualities. Good bitterness and balance.

Brewery draught, 8/15/25.
Clear dark-amber-cola. Small, dark beige head.
Light roast, chocolate, brown sugar. Clean and simple.
Soft and gently sweet with brown sugar and good acidity without too much roast/toast. Molasses-like, perhaps. Lighter body with the Demerara lightening the body, but not too much. Still has some chew to it. Clean and balanced with acidity clearing the palate nicely.
