Brewery draught, 12/15/23. Hazy pink lemonade. Small, white cover of head Sweet strawberries. Lactose Strawberry juice is really nicely done and authentic. Lactose very low. Earth, yeast, low bitterness but definitely some strata character. Earthy, chewy, more fruitiness on the finish. Well, one drinkable beer here, at least.

Brewery draught, 12/15/23. Dull, light puke grey-bronze. Small bit of head. Yeasty, malty, sweet and a bit of citra-like character. Seems clean enough... Heavy yeast, big honey and massive ester with moderate Diacetyl. Ok bitterness but no real sense of what hops are here. Bit of pine, citrus. Mostly heavy yeast and butter.

Brewery draught, 12/15/23. Clear golden-brass. White head to light cover. Again light pepper and light white bread. Some fruitiness. Smells like the German pils.... A bit more spice. Some Belgian esters but a chewy, spongy, popcorn, glue and parmesan character build up with heavy breadiness. Wow, wtf is going on here? Not dirty or underfermented, per se, but very flawed.

Brewery draught, 12/15/23. Muted, dull brass. Clear. Small, spotty, white head. Fresh herb and pepper, some mineral. Clean, a bit fruitier than expected. Hmmm. Very expansive carbonation with pepper, soap, biscuit, styrofoam. It's not dirty, but there is sugary wort like character and no real lager sense. Way too carbonated with lingering plastic and stale bread.

Pours hazy amber with a fluffy white head. Aroma of strawberry, some lactose, citrus. Taste has more strawberry, some stone fruit, smokey notes. Palate has lingering smoked elements, as well as passionfruit, star fruit, strawberry elements. Not bad.

Taster pour from a can at CT Brew Fest. It's an opaque, milky yellow-light brown with thin cap of off-white head and trace lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit, vanilla. Taste is follows aroma. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, decent complexity and good strength. Nice!

Can pour from CT Brew Fest. It's an opaque dark yellow, thin cap of off-white head and no lacing. Aroma is moderately strong nondescript fruit. Taste is strong fruit that gets overwhelmed by strong herbal end. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and crisp, dry yeasty finish. Overall, taste has a mix of fruit and herbal that doesn't quite work.

Pours clear black with a huge tan head. Aroma of boozy malt, hop oils, some gin-like herbals. Taste has tons of juniper, heavy clementine notes, smooth grainy finish. Palate has yeasty notes on the nose, as well as a very strong continuation of the grains from before. Not at all what you'd expect from a stout.

Pours reddish-black with a thick fluffy brown head. Aroma of chocolate, earthy malt. Taste has lightly sweetened chocolaty malt, well roasted, somewhat toffee-like. Palate has lingering sweetness and a slight smoked note on the nose, some vague hop oils as well. Good.

Pours brownish amber with an outrageously large tan head. Aroma of hopped malt, various pine oils. Taste has sharp pine, some resin, vague malt mix. Palate has some residual pine/cedar resins. Good.
