Description doesn't mention wheat, but everything else screams Witbier. 4 oz. tap pour at the brewery. Clear, pale yellow w/no head or lacing. Aroma is mild fruit & cracker. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation, crisp finish as taste. Meh.

On tap at the source served with a lime wedge. Lightly hazy light straw color with a thin bubbly white head that dissipates. Bready crackery maltiness with hints of floral spicy hops and hint of lime flavor. Not bad.

On tap at the source. Hazy light red dark pink in color with virtually no head. Tart lime and sweet tart raspberry against a light bready malt with bits of lemon meringue to round it out. Pretty solid.

On tap at the source. Almost brilliant deep gold bordering on amber without much head when it arrived at the table. Bready light toasty maltiness against some earthy citrus and pine. Pretty nice old school brew.
