16 oz. pour at the brewery. Thin head, good retention, nice lacing. Aroma is strong orange & citrus. Taste matches aroma. Smooth, frothy, avg. carbonation, finish as taste. Straightforward, well executed citrusy NEIPA.

Brewery draught, 9/11/24. Clear, bright golden-maize. Small, white head. Heavy sprucey spice but no resin! Interesting. Christmasy. Joined by ample, honey-like malt. Maybe some bread and very light caramel but no toast in the nose. Lingering pine/spruce, gentle fruitiness. Soft, malty, great depth and attenuation. Spicy, sprucey-piney hops show little/no resin/twang and there's no gross toasted or heavy caramel character. Just a very nicely done modern WCIPA.

Brewery draught, 9/11/24. Gently unfiltered brassy-bronze. Small, white head. Quite a big burst of herbaceous hops. Freshly cut grass, spicy, freshly picked herbs and a more dry, baked breadiness to balance lightly. A round fruitiness and playful honey. Light, clean. Sweet malt up front with some odd but not unpleasant phenol, perhaps? Earthy mineral and a bordering clove-like character. To style it's probably not great, but it tastes great. Bitter and drying, it balances the soft, gentle maltiness nicely. With warming, its effect is lessened and I wonder if it's just a strong expression of whatever yeast they used. Whatever the case, I love it. Again, gentle but expressive hopping, deep malts, good attenuation. Interesting iced tea character from the hop. What a shocker of a brewery trip. Was not expecting excellent lagers here!

Brewery draught, 9/11/24. Clear, deep blonde-maize. Medium-sized, white head, steadily to scant cover. Clean, snappy, bright, hoppy nose showing honey and biscuit-like malt character, as well. Not beating you over the head with hops which is surprising and welcome. Tropical fruits, light lychee and white wine with crisp mineral and lager yeast in the end. Malty, well-attenuated, snappy and bright without too much bitterness. Excellent malt depth and wonderful hop expression with no pine. Just white grape, tropical fruit and mineral and crisp yeast on the clean, flavorful, refreshing finish. An absolute mountain of flavor for its size. Amazing balance.
