Brewery draught, 8/17/24. Clear, medium-blonde. Frothy, white head. Quite hoppy with biscuit, cracker and light base malt. Clean. Rustic grains, cracker and softer, balancing base malt with a firm but not overdone, herbal and peppery bitterness. Pleasantly fruity yeast. Lingering hops with some earthiness. Clean.

Brewery draught, 8/17/24. Lighter amber. Clear. Small, but fairly resilient, off-white head. Malty, hoppy, clean. Hazelnut from the medium malt mixing with a solid, honey-like character from base malt. In the mouth it's malty, drying out in the finish and moderately hoppy for the style either refreshing bitterness. Crisp, refreshing, clean finish. Yet another shockingly way-above-average new Maine brewery.
