8 oz draft. Flavor is pilsner malt, honey. Flavor falls with a very mild crisp texture. Finish was pretty clean. A very fun brewery is a historic “downtown” Fair Haven, VT. Cool building!

8 oz draft shared by ClarkVV. Some decent malt/ scotch character. Toffee, earthy malt. Body was a tad thin. A little tweaking and this could be a nice recipe. Very capable brew.

8 oz. Dark brown color, aroma shows soft roasted malt and barley. Body is medium with a soft chocolate finish. Ok

Brewery draught, 7/6/24. This was soft, mineralic and mellow, pretty well-aged and with very low hopping. But am endearing yeastiness that I'm not sure was intentional.

Brewery draught, 7/6/24. Another hazy dark beer with a vague yeast signature. These were such nice people that I stated and drank a bunch of these beers, but I have to say, these were not very characterful beers. Very soft, malty and vague

Brewery draught, 7/6/24. This is a hazy, kind of mauve-maroon-purple beer. Nose is the softest of chocolate cookies and the flavor isn't too far off. Sweet, soft, malty, drying out. Interesting. Not to style, and the beers taste pretty similar.

Brewery draught, 7/6/24. Clear bronze-brass. White head slowly to ring. Classic apa. Pine, caramel, iced tea. Clean. Soft and malty with bitterness perking up. Dries out nicely though there's no hop flavor, just lightly piney bitterness.
