Medium, rather dense, just yellowish stable head over hazy orangey golden beer. Dry nose, yeast, yeastesters, other grains, dry malts. Less dry in the taste, maltsugars still abounding. Metallic bitterness in the background, bitter almonds. Sharpish feel, spritzy carbonation, slick. I really wonder about its attenuation - the yeast so prominent in the nose, maltsugars in the flavour, not much alcoholfeel... not fermented out is the guesstimate. Yet another beer that wants to be Champagne. About as successfull as Putins' new definition of Champagne. Thanks to Stef!

Fles geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel geel bier met een dun laagje wit schuim. Het heeft een fruitige wat citrus achtige geur. De smaak is zacht, zoetig en fruitig met een licht citrus achtige afdronk.

Fles 75cl thuis gedeeld. 9%. Yeasty, orange peel, erg zoet, honing, moutig, geel fruit, vrij zacht, licht tintelend. (23-6-2021).

33cl Fles, dank Chris! Donkerbruine kleur, beige kraag. Moutig, donker fruit, caramel, geroosterde mout, hint van chocolade, bitterzoete fruitige finish. Medium body. Degelijke klassieke Bock.

75 cl. bottle shared with Brent @ home, gift from Hilde but bought @ van Rooij. Light hazy golden with a white head. White grape/ white wine aroma with some graininess as well. Sweet taste with a sour taste and a dry champagne-like finish. Interesting beer.

0.33 l bottle from 'OnderNulPuntVijf', best before June 2021. Almost clear, golden with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral aroma of grains, a touch of citrus and traces of corn flakes. Gently sweet, moderately fruity-floral taste of grains, lychee and light corn flakes, followed by a short, hardly bitter, gently dry finish. Thin body, slightly watery and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite neutral with a subtle fruity-floral touch, therefore drinkable but not really a pleasure.
