Description
De Gooische Bierbrouwerij is opgericht op 18 augustus 2010. De brouwerij maakte gebruik van de ketels van collega-brouwers, met name Brouwerij Anders! Maar vanaf mei 2017 wordt er gebrouwd in foodhall & brouwerij Mout op het Marktplein in Hilversum. Onze 'wajongers' en andere mensen met afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt helpen ons daarbij.

Draft at mout. Aroma and flavor of amber malt, some subtle bitter hop and grapefruit. Bitter palm.

Flesje gedeeld door Benzai. Oranje geel bier, heftig schuimend tijdens inschenken. Weinig aroma. Smaak van bessen en hop. Nasmaak is hoppig.

Bottle @ home. Clear amber color, huge white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit sweet-bitter. Don't get much more. Uninteresting amber malt brew. One of so so many.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, huge foamy quite rough white head. Smell and taste malts, sweetish, light hay, some yeast. Don't get much more really. Decent body and carbonation. Mwah.

Bottle @ home. Hazy orange golden color, full sized rough white head. Smell and taste malts, a slight sweet yeasty note, a slight grain bitter hint. Grainy and dry straw finish. Decent body and carbonation. Meh.

Murky pale amber, fizzy off-white to beige head, heavy lacing. Aroma sweet malts, grainy, red fruits, caramel. Taste medium sweet and bitter with a light acid touch, malty, light fruity, dry grainy especially in the aftertaste. Medium body, oily texture, lively carbonation, nothing special.

Brouwerij moet ook door de spellingscontrole: Gusher brouwerij. Bier dat zwart is, is nog geen schwarzbier.
