Description
De Gooische Bierbrouwerij is opgericht op 18 augustus 2010. De brouwerij maakte gebruik van de ketels van collega-brouwers, met name Brouwerij Anders! Maar vanaf mei 2017 wordt er gebrouwd in foodhall & brouwerij Mout op het Marktplein in Hilversum. Onze 'wajongers' en andere mensen met afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt helpen ons daarbij.

Bottle. Color: Orange brown, very thin beige head. Taste: Lighrly roasted malt, notes of caramel, spices. Strange kind of candy-like pretty strong sweetness and light bitterness, very probably caused by the chestnuts. Definitely not my kind of beer.

Bottle. Amber pour. Aroma of yeast, caramel and amber malt. Taste of bitter amber malt, caramel, yeast, something herbal and esters. Not bad.

From a bottle at restaurant 't Kookt, Bussum. Nice cloudy golden color, some citrus in the aroma and taste.

Bottle. Three months after the best before date...Cloudy yellow with lots of yeasty floaties. Aroma and taste of yeast and lemons. Buckwheat. Low carbonation. Watery, light and easy drinking. Dry finish. Refreshing and quite alright.

Clear medium amber colour, good frothy beige head, half-way lasting. Aroma toasted malts, dark fruit, raisins, caramel. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, dark fruit, caramel. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, caramellish, light spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, very nice smooth bock.

Deep ruby brown colour, tall frothy tan head, fairly lasting, heavy lacing. Aroma sweet malts, milk chocolate, chocomel, brown sugar, light dark fruits. Smooth taste, light heavy sweet and light bitter, malty, milk chocolate, bit fruity. Sweetbitter aftertaste, light chocolate, roasty notes. Medium body, oily to watery texture, soft carbonation, pleasant but overal a bit too sweet.

Bottle. Golden-ish color. Aroma of sweet yeast, malt and some sweet candy fruit. Taste has mildly bitter malt, yeast ester, candy and sweet fruits. Has a buttery fresh note to it. Not bad.

Bottle at Erzbierschof Monday Club. Typical wheat aroma. Thick with a crisp carbonation. Some coriander. Nice!
