Tap at the Edmonds venue on W Dayton. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Dark sort of malt aroma. Med + body. Flavor is malty light fruit, touch of chocolate, and bit of earth in the end. For me it had a bitter bite, and it seemed very "fresh" for such a dark beer.

Draft @ WABF 2008. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with some hints of grapefruit. Has a fruity malty floral hoppy finish.
