YG 030324. Copper color with a beige head. Aroma is spices, fruit, malt, bread. Flavor is spices, fruit, grass, pine, citrus, caramel, bread, hint of licorice, toffee. Ordinary beer.

Can 33 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is malty with a discreet dash of lime. Medium body, some malty sweetness and a subtle astringent note and tartness from the added lime. Subdued bitterness. 190324

Bottle. A dense finger-thick beige head leaves lacing over a clear copper colored body. The aroma is quite fruity, lightly grassy, piney and citrusy, with caramel, some bread and a whiff of licorice. There's a hint of butterscotch going on too, but not in a disturbing way. It's medium bodied and quite smooth, not really neither sweet nor dry, with a nice carbonation level. Caramel driven flavor with some butterscotch, toffee and prune, and a gentle fruityness. Some bitterness deals with the sweetness. Rather short finish with a metallic touch. Quite dull this one, but it slides down easily, and will probably work decently with the proper seasonal food. 240302

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a creamy, light brown head. Sweet toffeeish nose with some sweet licorice notes. Medium body, roasty and chewy again with licorice and a slight tartness. Seemingly no oysters added, but the Stout is really odd and different, and not necessarily in a good way. Drinkable though. 270224

Bottle @ home (present). Clear golden body under a white head. Mild aroma, grain, bread and a light herbal touch. Taste is sweet malt, grain, bread and slightly metallic bitterness (iron). Medium to light bodied with short aftertaste.
