20/10/2024. Draft at Praha 993, Busan, South Korea. On the chalk board under *NEW* with no info available from Sunday staff about the abv “between 4% and 8%” was their best guess and it’s not yet on UT to check. Pours clear dark mahogany brown with a small lasting frothy beige head. Aroma is Arabica bean, coffee, roasted malt, toffee, slightly nutty, chocolate, vanilla, pepper, cinnamon, hint of butterscotch. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Very slight tart edge. Medium to full body, quite smooth, average carbonation. Well done.

20/10/2024. Draft at Praha 993, Busan, South Korea. Pours clear dark amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is very limey, lime cordial, lemonade, malt, toasted, peachy. Not very sweet, with a tangy lime bitterness which was borderline unpleasant. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Would have gone well with the Mexican we had last night but didn’t seem to work so well here.

A bit hazy amber colour, good white head. Riped fruits, pine in the nose. Not the most promising aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Piney, some caramel, fruits lurking. Clean but not very exiciting IPA. Brewed for the masses.

Opaque colour, good beige head and lace. Light to medium-bodied. Toastyness, caramel, licorice, low bitterness but clean. Uninteresting.

Hazy orange colour, steady white head. Banana, bubblegum in the nose. Light-bodied. Some banana, clove in the flavour. Quite sweet weizen but clean anyhow. Ok.

Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is a bit sweetish worty, hayish. Light-bodied. Crisp, sweetish worty flavour with Czech/German noble hops. Easy with low bitterness.
