From tap at Villa Craft Beer & Bread, Sintra. Tartish with apple, wheat, some funky notes. Notes of citrus and soft hop. Moderate bitter, dry finish. Medium body. Beautiful blend between Cider and wheat ale.

From tap at Villa Craft Beer & Bread, Sintra. Tart apple aroma with a little sweetness. Apple skins. In between a sweet and a dry finish. Medium body. Most welcome on a beautiful location in Sintra.

Bottled 330ml (from brewery tap in Sintra)
A bit cloudy golden colour, huge white head. Aroma has green apple and some mustyness. Light-bodied. Active carbonation. Citrus, some apple, weizen notes, a bit white wineous.. Tolerable.
