Man, I’m digging these Payette brews. 12 ounce can. A rich floral hop nose, some biscuit. The flavor is a crisp hop flavor with caramel, light bitterness, very clean and very smooth. This is a tasty hoppy pale ale.

12 ounce can bought in Boise at Bier 30. Drank out of the can, so no idea what it looks like, brown probably! A really nice Brown Ale: sweet chocolate, hop bite, a big body, cola, lingering chocolate cake and hop bitterness in the finish. Very good actually.

On tap at Bier 30. Pours a clear golden color with a large white head. A nice nose of grains and honey. A big flavor, some pils malt, a light hop bite, very clean. Good.

Draft @ Legends Pub, Boise. Hazy orange gold with a modest sandy head and lots of lacing. Mild aroma is citrus and florals. What I really like about this pale ale is nothing stands out in the taste; caramel, citrus, and florals are well balanced. Clean and crisp, medium intensity. Went very well with the carne asada tacos.

On Tap at Brewforia, Meridian, ID Murky medium brown with a dense lasting yellowish-tan head. Sweet and malty in aroma and flavor. Some cinnamon spices and a little brown sugar. Pleasant if a bit sweet.
