Sample at a festival. A little haze, but almost white. Dry, minimal sugar, brett is noticeable in the dryness but it has not made it especially earthy yet, or imparted much of the brett quality.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has a combination of earthy and dry apple with a bit of sweetness. Flavor has a combination of bitter apple and a light earthiness with a bit of dryness.

On tap at Republic 7C. Pours a clear light earthy yellow visible carbonation and a thin white head that dissipates immediately. Aroma is full of dry and earthy apple with a slight tartness underlying. Flavor has a bit of sweet apple up front that quickly moves to dry apple with a decent dose of earthiness.
