On tap at Booking, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry bready malt and bitter resinous hops. Flavour is fairly dry, with bready malt, resinous hops, and a hint of herbal notes. Dry, bready and somewhat awkward on the hops. It's alright.

On tap at Booking, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is rich on the bourbon, with dark dried fruits, intense bourbon, lots of sweet malt and vanilla. Flavour is extremely bourbon-forward, with lots of fine bourbon, light vanilla beans, and dark sugars. Really nice bourbon character, with a smooth palate and everything working cohesively. Nicely done.

On tap at Booking, pours a cloudy dark deep dark brown with a mahogany tinge and a small beige head. Aroma brings out gentle smoke, with a bready malt base — pretty simple. Flavour is quite smoky, with smoked meat, bready malt, and a hint of caramel. Quite authentic, remaining me of a Schlenkerla. Clean and bold. Good.

On tap at Booking, pours a mostly clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright piney hops, citrus zest, dankness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright and piney, with a really nice piney hop character, backed by just enough biscuity malt. Balanced well, with a thin malt base that makes this highly drinkable. Excellent.

Reddish brown with a medium sized foamy beige head that left good lacing. Bourbon, toffee, plum, raisin, pear, cherry, and a strong boozy presence. Very long finish. Full bodied.
