Taster at the Springs location. Pours a clear, straw color, with a small, white head. The nose is orange peel, cilantro, elderflower, mild spruce, and sawdust. Sweet and lightly phenoic, with a mellow, sticky bitterness. Light to medium body, slick, and a little acidic. Sharp, aggressive, yet kinda light and zesty.

Taster at the COS location. Clear, brown color, with a small, foamy, beige head. The aroma is caramel, pumpernickel, pecan, light grass, and nutmeg. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Light body, smooth, and clean. Easy and solid.

16 oz can from John, thanks bud, 2/15/24. Pours a deep mahogany color with a thin beige head that dissipates quickly down to nothing and leaves almost no lace on the glass. Rich, malty, and somewhat sweet. Brown sugar, caramel, toffee. Toasty and nutty. Grainy. Raisin, fig, and some red berry. Develops nicely on the flavor profile as it warms. Tasty stuff, and a style I rarely see these days, so fun it is a fun one to revisit.

16 oz. can. Pours a sorta hazy, yellow color, with a medium, foamy, off-white head. The nose is guava, apricot, wet grass, caraway, and juniper. Sweet and malty, with a fairly mild, zesty bitterness. Medium body, crisp, and a bit grainy. Solid and interesting.
