Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a black color with a small beige head that faded quickly and left minimal lacing. The aroma was light cream, vanilla, cocoa and floral hops. The flavor was bitter and toasty malts with notes of cream, vanilla, cherry and plum. Medium finish. A bit thin but very smooth in mouthfeel. Interesting.

A quite nice IPA +++ Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a medium amber color with a medium sized creamy yellow-white head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was tangy orange and pine with notes of sugar and caramel. The flavor was very bitter yet had an underlying sweetness with intense pine an resin and moderate caramel. The finish was long with sweet pine and resin. The beer really coats the tongue. Moderately full bodied. Very nice.

On tap at Jackie O’s during Ohio Brew Week. Pours a hazy golden with small white head. Taste is banana, spice, and a hint of clove. Pretty good hefeweizen.
