Sample at the brewpub. This brew pours a mostly clear amber-orange color with a medium thin off-white head that burns away slowly. Stringy lacing on the glass. The aroma is fruity with hints of spice and yeast. Medium-bodied with an interesting fruit character (citrus, apricot). Flavors of wheat and earthy malt along with hint of spice as well. The finish is fruity and spicy with a tart fruit aftertaste. Overall this is an interesting and difficult to categorize beer that was definitely my favorite on the visit.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer pours a hazy light orange color with a thin white head that ebbs slowly. Thin sheet of lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops and earthy malt. Medium-bodied and moderately bitter with hops and pine flavors and just a hint of malt in the background. The finish is hoppy with a lingering bitter aftertaste. Overall this is a slightly above average, kind of one-note IPA.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a clear yellow-gold color with a wispy bone white head that disappears quickly. Stringy lacing. Mildly hoppy aroma with notes of corn and malt. Light-bodied with light grassy hops and grainy malt flavors. The finish is mildly bitter hops and the aftertaste does not last long. Overall this is unmemorable.
