In late 2021 we created Datum Attitude Brewing Co, brewing the beers that we love inspired by our passion for aviation.
We’re a modern brewery in rural Essex, brewing exciting beers of differing styles that are difficult to find locally. Our ethos revolves around brewing flavourful beers of the highest possible quality, using the best ingredients and techniques.
We focus on quality, brewing only the styles that we love in order to make our beers stand apart. Our beers are unfiltered and naturally vegan friendly.
We’re a family run brewery that’s independently managed and owned.

Muligens noe treverk. Tørr bitterhet i avslutningen. Fairly underwhelming.

Panda thanks to Colin for this one. A clear dark brown black coloured pour with a lasting khaki head. Aroma is woody meaty roast, pine, plastic, light orange zest. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy roast, singed pine, woody resin. Palate is semi sweet light resin, highish carbonation. Ok.

Can at home, thanks to Simon47574, 06/07/22. Light black with a good sized light beige covering ... quite a lively pour. Nose is mellow roast, ashen tones, pine nip, dried red berries, dusty hops. Taste comprises roasted bite, pine needle, toffee, cola cubes, cocoa powder, light charr. Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, semi drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness. A touch over-carbed but overall a well brewed CDA.
