Conspiracy theorists believe that contrails left by aircraft are in fact chemicals released by the government… it’s just water vapour!

This Red IPA uses a blend of crystal and carafa special malts to give a deep red colour and a rich malty backbone.

We’ve added huge additions of Centennial, Citra and Chinook for an old-school resinous pine dominated palate, with tropical fruit and citrus flavours and aromas.

Crafted, labelled and canned by hand. Brewed in small batches.

Keg at GBBF 25. Opaque chestnut. Thin foamy off-white head. Aroma has tangy berries followed by grains and chewy malts. Flavourwise there grains and a woodyness combined with rough chewy malts. Citrus and berry sour edge. Develops some resinous bitterness. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Nice enough.

Can. Bright clear deep amber beer, good pale tan head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, good fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, a streak of crisp and not particularly sweet toffee, very mild blink-and-you-will-miss-it creamy sweetness. The class 3C hop combo deliver cooling pine, crisp ripe orange, thick cut marmalade and a touch of citrus peel. Crisp finish. Crisp and drinkable. I just think this needs something else to elevate it, a little more richness in the malts would do the trick.

Muligens noe treverk. Tørr bitterhet i avslutningen. Fairly underwhelming.
