Sinds 1 januari 2003 is de brouwerij officieel ingeschreven in het handelsregister van de Kamer van Koophandel. Tot 2016 werd er bij verschillende andere brouwerijen gebrouwen (o.a. De Schans, Proefbrouwerij). Sinds 2016 is er een eigen installatie in gebruik waar ongeveer 3.500 liter bier wordt gebrouwen.

Draft @ Wormer Winterbierfest '17. Dark, almost black color. Big, dense, light beige head. Aroma's: sweetish, roasty. Retronasal it's sweetish, fruity, light vanilla, light woody/tannines. Flavor is moderate sweet, light alcohol, fruity. Medium bodied. Finishes a bit dry, woody.

Bottle. Color: Very dark brown, thin light brown head. Taste: Dark roasted malt, medium sweet with bitter notes. Notes of smoke, lightly notes of dark chocolate. Lightly hints of vanilla, licorice and nuts. Bitter and pretty dry finish. Medium carbonation, above medium to full body.

33cl bottle from a trade with bierkoning, thanks! A clear reddish brown beer with a huge good lasting beige head. Aroma of red malt, red fruits, caramel, strong malt. Taste of strong red malt, caramel, reddish fruits, sweet malty finish.

schenkt donker oranje/gouden met geel/witte kraag. aroma van gist, mout, sinaasappel. smaken zijn erg zacht, redelijk zoet, sinaasappel, alcohol, gist, iets metaligs, matige body, flinke schep suiker ook helaas.

Bottle @ home. Almost clear, nice red to slightly red-brown color, medium sized beige head. Aroma is malts, caramalts, candy sugar. Taste malts, quite sweet, a bit boozy, some dark fruits. Decent to medium body, medium carbonation.
