Draft at the Hanoi taproom. Poured a murky super light golden brown colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is light grainy malt, with a light, watery, mineral, light herbal, light hop bitter palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. Not the worst alcohol free beer I’ve ever tasted.

Draft at the Hanoi taproom. Poured a slightly murky reddish brown colour with a lasting frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is light toffee caramel, woody hops. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a fresh, crisp, herbal, light metallic, light boozy, big woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A real hop bomb for sure. If it wasn’t for the ABV I could drink this all night.

Draft at the Hanoi Craft Beer Festival 2022. Poured a murky dark brown colour with a short-lived, frothy, light tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, big cacao. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, creamy, milk chocolate, light liqourice, smooth, sweet lactose palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A chocolate stout that actually has some chocolate! Quite a rarity these days.

Draft at the Hanoi Craft Beer Festival 2022. Poured a crystal clear medium amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, light honey. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, rich, malt, herbal, sweet honey, earthy, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Nice, but the honey started to dominate a little and along with the ABV it’s not really possible to drink more than one glass.

Draft at the Hanoi Beer Festival 2022. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light sweet caramel. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sweet, with a smooth, malt, light citrus, coconut, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average to soft carbonation.
