Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Gold colour, thin white foam head and aroma of herbs, woody, fresh pine, ginger hints. Taste is sweetish, with cedar, sawdust, pine, hints of spice, and some lingering woody notes. Medium bodied, foamy carbonation, dry finish. OK

Spannend. So schmeckt es vermutlich, wenn man betrunken am einem abgesägten Tannenast nuckelt. Wird mit der Zeit besser, bleibt spritzig. Immerhin kann ich nun die Geschmacksnote "Piney" abhäkeln.

Stark süß-kräutriger Beginn, Tannennadeln. Süffig, weich, keine Herbe. Langer, weich kräutriger Abgang. Schwache Basis aber mit der Extraktzugabe passts. 9/8/10/9/7/9

330ml bottle from a gift case given by my Belgian father-in-law. Thanks Eric! Pours clear gold, small amount of white bubbles atop. Odd herbal shandy on the nose, a touch grainy. Taste brings to mind a similarly light shandy character, some lime, distant grain. Bit peculiar but harmless enough.

On tap at Selden Standard. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and biscuit with a light spice note underlying. Flavor has sweet grains, biscuit and an odd light tart fruit note with light spice underlying.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy golden, small head. Lavender aroma. Sweet and medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. The floral perfumy lavender dominates. No bitterness. Quite interesting.
