Bottle (lot 10): Poured a high carbonated pale yellow cider. aroma of light funky ester with some clean apple notes with a semi-dry finish. Not as funky as expected with very godo drinkability.

Bottle: Poured a murky color cider with some good carbonation. Aroma of light funky ester with some clean apple notes with very light residual sugar notes. Taste is on the dryer side of things with some funky ester and clean apple notes. Very interesting with good degree of complexity.
