The original beers to have been brewed from this brewery are from the Barrelhead range, circa 2014, which is listed as a separate brewery on BV owned by H&H.
They also brew beers for JR Mahon, the former Messrs Maguire and JW Sweetman brew pub on Burgh Quay.
The Bow Street Brewery, enclosed in the heart of Dublin, is more than a place where hops and barley meet; it's where people and history come together.
We see beer as a bridge—a connection to moments in time, rich traditions of brewing handed down through generations, and each other. Some of our earliest memories are of hearing our father and his brother’s having the craic over a pint. We set out to create that backdrop for other people through our beers.
Our brews are also testament to Dublin's rich brewing heritage, each one meticulously crafted to spark conversations, create memories, and foster connections. Over the past 30 years, we have brewed in some of the biggest breweries in the world and Hopkins & Hopkins is the result of all of those learnings, memories and philosophy, distilled into a glass.
We look forward to being part of the backdrop to your craic.
Yours faithfully,
The Bottlers

Cask at J.R Mahon's, Dublin, 17/11/24.
Clear golden with a solid white cap that stays for the show, full glass lacing ensues, a real looker of a beer!
Nose is mellow citric zest, tangerine, floral whisper.
Taste comprises melon, soft malts, papaya, peach, tangerine.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with light juicy hop bitterness.
Tidy cask pale.
