Bottle shared. Clear bright golden with small white head. Sweet fresh apple and pear, light farmyard, sweet apple sauce, hay, light cow. Over medium sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Good mix between sweet apple candy and still some farm notes. Well done.

Bottle shared at home. Clear deep golden with white head that actually leaves a light white film. Sweet apples up front, soft hay, a touch of funk, apple peel. Medium sweet. Over light bodied with fizzy carbonation and slight dry feel. Decent cider aimed to please, but for a ‘bio’ cider it has a lot of ingredients besides apples...

Bottle shared with sjogro and fam. Clear golden with a ring of small white bubbles. Sweet apple juice, mineral, CO2, light paper, grass, light pear, soft funk and farmyard, apricot. Quite juicy. Almost medium sweet, light tart and very light bitter. Medium bodied with quite some carbonation and slight dry finish. OK but nothing too special.

Bottle shared with sjogro and fam. Bit hazy orange golden. Thick farmyard notes, soft smoke and diesel, cow dung, sweet apple juice but also plenty of dry apple peel, apricot and soft pear. Almost medium sweet, light bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation and medium dry finish. Not funk but smells really like a farm, surprisingly good!
