All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di pane nero. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta ed è di persistenza lunga. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione rientra nella norma. Il liquido è di apparenza offuscata. La carbonazione è alta e vivace. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio, praticamente somigliante al colore del whisky. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è medio in equilibrio con l'amaro medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato si fermano note di caramello, miele, cereali e arrostito.

Il gusto al naso propende per l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la costanza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, è persistente e voluminoso. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto cristallino. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione rientra nella media. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Sul tetto della bocca finiscono impressioni di caramello, miele, frutta secca e resina.

Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine medio-fini. La carbonazione è nella norma. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è medio e acquoso. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano note di miele, fieno bagnato e cereali.

Bottle shared at Strange Pub, San Marino. Pours bronze brown with a small beige head. Aroma is moderately smoked, malty, chocolate and fruit. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, touch of sour. Medium body, slight watery and oily texture, average to soft carbonation. A quite enjoyable light smoked beer.
