500 ml bottled sticker date of 2-26-20. Fresh pine and citrus aroma. Flavor is lightly herbal with traces of pine and notes of citrus. The herbal bitterness stacks up as it warms. Overall, still decent.

Bottle from The Convenient Grocer Hazy light gold in color with a huge frothy white head that persists. Earthy citrus tropical and pine nose and flavor. Just enough bready malt to keep this sane. Someone finally remembered that IPA's were supposed to be bitter. Pretty damn good beer!

Fresh bottle. In appearance it looks exactly like grapefruit juice. Aroma is similar to apricot, peach, and a slight herbal hint mixed. Flavor is much the same. Texture isn’t to thick. Weak juicy notes. Bitterness is low that is pine. It’s decent.

Taster pour at Powder Keg Beer & Chili Festival. Appearance is deeply hazy watered down highlighter yellow with no sparkle and thin cap of white head. Aroma is mild citrus and grass. Taste is very mild fruit that's neither terribly sweet nor bitter with a biscuity malt presence. dry bitterness. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, soft carbonation and crisp finish as taste with lingering dry bitterness. Overall, look and feel are about right but I think in trying to thread the needle between NEIPA and West Coast it lost the strongest elements of both and is kind of bland.

Taster pour at Powder Keg Beer & Chili Festival. Appearance is opaque bright yellow (lemon chiffon) with no discernible sparkle, thin off-white head. Aroma is vaguely sweet; lemon, and fruit salad mix of others--stone fruit, apricot? Taste is slightly astringent citric acid and almost herbal bite, mild piney bitterness and cracker malt. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with granular texture, average-to-lively carbonation and dry, crisp finish as taste. Overall, all the elements are there but it's not strong enough in any one direction to have a true identity.
