Can pour from trade with Johnnnniee--thanks, John! It's a clear golden-light brown with nice sparkle, finger-width off-white head with poor retention and spotty lacing. Aroma is strong wheat/rye bread. Taste reflects aroma--almost a stale bread--with an almost caraway character and light caramel/toffee. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, light on the hops which is unclear if intentional or maybe age diminished them? Not terrible but tough to recommend anyone should reach for this. Glad for the tick.

16 oz. can. Thank you Tom for the share. Aroma shows mild herb, toffee, and almost a apple hint. The flavor tastes odd. Wheat, toffee and no hops. I have a feeling it is not so fresh. Hard to know with no sort of can date.

On tap at the source. Deep amber with a touch of haze and a frothy off white head that slowly dissipates. Bready toffee caramel maltiness with a hint of smoke. Citrus and earth to counter. Not bad.

On tap at the source. Light gold in color with a thin bubbly white head. Bready crackery maltiness earthy floral hops to counter. A hint under attenuated but nice pilsner malt expression and cleanly fermented.

On tap at the source. This was listed as Aroostook Logger I assume its the same beer, the abv is the same. Light haze in a light gold beverage. Pretty clean bready spicy floral hops.

Sample at the source. Pours a dark gold bordering on amber with a decent sized frothy off white head that slowly recedes. Citrus and pine backed by bready maltiness. Nice old school IPA

Sample at the source. Darkest of brown with a faint garnet at the edge and a small frothy off white head that persists. Roast caramel toffee and chocolate. The toffee is a little out of place but its a tasty beverage.

First sample in the flight at the source. Mostly clear light golden color with a skinny white head that slowly recedes. Bready crackery bitter astringency. This one is rough, not a great start.
