Draft/Fest. A- Mint, lime. A- Gold color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Mint, lime. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Definitely what it says it is. Wheat beer with lots of mint and lime. Tasted like a weak mojito. Some lemongrass as well.

Draft/Fest. A- Tropical citrus. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Citrus, pineapple, mild coconut. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Supposed to be a pina coloda version of their New Beginnings IPA. I guess it works but not sure I would readily know that if they hadn't mentioned it. The taste is more pina colada than the nose. Alright for a funky ipa.

Draft. A- Citrus, caramel, bitter. A- Copper color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Caramel, citrus, mild bitterness. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A bit old school pale ale. Lots of citrus and caramel. Drinks easy enough but not anything that will knock your socks off.

Draft. A- Weak, bland. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Soapy, detergent, bland, mild lemon. P- Medium body, creamy texture, flat carbonation, astringent finish. O- Felt like I was washing my mouth out with soap. Not good. Barely finished a 5 oz taster. This one needs a lot of work.

Draft. A- Citrus, subtle dankness. A- Gold color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Lemon peel, citrus, floral spice, dank. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- A bit surprised with how tasty this was. Balanced and not overly bitter. A well done IPA that the hopheads would enjoy but average guys could drink as well.

Draft. A- Coconut, toast. A- Black color, black liquid, tan head. T- Coconut, cocoa. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Loved the Hawaiian Stout but the Porter was a bit lacking. Not as rich or depth as the stout. Still okay, but fell just short.

Draft. A- Chocolate, coconut. A- Black color, black liquid, tan head. T- Chocolate, coconut, vanilla, mounds bar. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- Like a liquid mounds bar. Regretting not trying more of their stuff after this one. 5168 opened quietly and has literally just started but if this is any indication of what they can do, they will be a great addition to Lincoln.
