Keg at the brewery, 1/21/24. Omaha trip #49. Very dark brown, black in glass. Thin tan head, good retention. Aroma of roasted malt, ginger. Taste is roast, chocolate, ginger. Well balanced.

Keg at the brewery, 1/21/24. Omaha trip #46. Clear red, medium tan head, average retention. Aroma of toffee malt, cherry. Taste is cherry, toasted malt, caramel, mild roast. Crisp, well balanced. Probably my #1 Irish red. Yep, confirmed #1.

Keg at the brewery, 1/21/24. Omaha trip # 44. New brewery! Brewery # 2260, USA # 1857, Nebraska # 16. No appearance notes. Aroma of pale malt, lemon, lime. Taste matches. Crisp, well balanced. A bit thin.

Draft/Fest. A- Pineapple, guava. A- Off pink color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Strong guava, pineapple, juicy. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, juicy finish. O- Loaded up with tons and tons of guava. Lots of pineapple too. This is one of the first Vis Major fruity beers I've really loved. Hibiscus doesn't seem to do much other than add to the color. Juicy and refreshing.

Draft. A- Bland, mild cat pee. A- Gold color, clear liquid, white head. T- Fish fry batter, malty, mild pine. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, malty finish. O- Citra is not juicy or flavorful. This is a bit bland and kinda all over the place.

Draft. A- Asian grocery store, wet vegetables. A- Brown color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Coconut, lemongrass, fish sauce, cocoa. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, unbalanced finish. O- Perhaps it is crushed up bone in here because this is weird. Been waiting forever to try this because it's always out and I could've waited longer. The aroma is like an Asian grocer with a distant smell of a fish market and vegetables sitting in a overly humid case. Really strange.
