Taster at the brewery - this one should probably be listed as a Dubbel - flavors of raisin, pepper, baked apple, light hazelnut, caramelized sugars - light gummy esters, banana on the tail end.

Taste at Trail's End. Pours a bright, clear, orange color, with a medium, foamy, off-white head. The nose is distinct juniper, hay, sawdust, and biscuit dough. Sweet, with a unique, mild bitterness. Light to medium body, with a strangely powdery mouthfeel. This is a fun, juniper-forward, and interesting beer.

Taster - fairly well-executed hopped kettle sour - lemon, beach plum, lemongrass, hibiscus - lightly herbal hoppiness works surprisingly well with the tartness, making for a refreshing beer that has a bit more complexity than many kettle sours - enjoyable.

Taster - dark amber beer - dark, toasty, moderately husky, nutty malts dominate this one, drowning out the yeast character a bit, but it does present a little as bubblegum and spice, tasting a bit like a dunkelweizen in the end - dry clove, spice, roastiness, a touch of tartness - overall it's actually enjoyable, just maybe not for the style.

Taster - clear gold - marketed as dry - presents up front very sweet, flabby, muddled - a lot of sugary maltiness up front - some flowers and honey - slight grassy noble hops that come out in the finish - lightly peppery finish - meh.

Taster - mostly clear gold - fairly subtle and delicate, starting off lightly tart, then getting increasingly more spicy up to the finish, ending peppery - through the middle, some honey, grape, grass - there's some odd starchiness through the middle, making it a little unclean and less enjoyable.
