Golden coloured with huge, frothy head. Somewhat hoppy aroma with notes of banana. Too much carbonation. Salty and bitter with the alcohol shining through.

Bottle. Pours dark brown with beige head. Aromas of coffe, licorice and malt. Taste is much coffe/mocca. Low carbonation. The end is mostly sweet, with little bitterness. (050923)

Bottle (from Pivni Galerie v Praze): Clear golden coloured, white head, sticking to the mug; sweet malty nose with a touch of floral hops from behind; balanced malty-bitter taste, ending in a slight bitter-aromatic finish with a touch of sweet maltiness. Fizzy mouthfeel, light-bodied. O.K., quaffable, not demanding.

Dark golden colour. Frothy head. Sourish aroma, reminds me of green apples. Sweet and malty flavor. Ok bitterness. Ok pilsener but nothing to write home about.

Golden coloured with a frothy head. Aroma of green apples. Malty but thin flavour. Short salty, nutty bitternes. Boring pilsener.

(Bottle 50 cl) Beautiful, clear mahogany-coloured with a small, weak light-brown head. Slightly burned aromas from the dark, roasted malt and a dry, lasting hoppiness. Some underlying sweetness - partly from the added saccharin. 191004

(Bottle 50 cl) Almost dark golden, close to amber coloured. Not much head. In style a bit unusual somewhere between a pilsener and a dark lager - both in looks and taste. Dry, slightly smoked aromas with a nice bitterness and some underlying sweetness. 021004

(Bottle 50 cl) Another classical Czech quality pilsener. Loads of malt, loads of aroma-hops. Therefore some malty sweetness with a nice hop-bite in the end. Excellent. 260904

Canned. Pale golden. Some pleasant oily buttescotch in the aroma, alongside with asome unpleasant apple character. Light-medium bodied with fairly soft mouthfeel and some grassy bitterness.

Blond color. Very simple lager, a light taste of candies; just at the late taste there is some aromatic hop showing up… not enough.
