Description
The four Baak brothers grew up in Noordwijk and are proud of their village, their last name and they all love good beer. With a cold beer in their hands, the four of them were fantasizing about their own beer brand one day. The name was soon established: Baak Bier. In collaboration with Wispe Brouwerij, they learned how to start a beer brand and what role they could play in it.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is citrussy with hoppy notes, sugary orange, floral hop, mandarins. Flavour is fairly bitter for a Blond with a light sweetness. Medium body. Lacks a little depth but it's nicely citrussy and bitter.
