28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours deep gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, yeast, tropical fruit, caramel, banana, grass and a hint of pine. Medium plus sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

28/7/2018. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours very dark brown with a small bubbly beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, roasted malt, coffee, caramel and dark fruit. Light sweetness, medium to heavy bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting 28 July. Pours clear amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with fruity and floral touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with citric notes and sweetish touches of malt and yeast and hints of spice. Estery and floral aftertaste. Okay but not very exciting.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy and light yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear golden, fizzy white head. Yeasty aroma, a little malt and honey, slightly phenolic. Malty and yeasty flavour, fruity with a little citrus and a little yeasty spice.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, little grain and hops. Light bitter and fruity sweet finish.

Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Black, small beige head. Aroma has coffee, roasted malt, licorice. Coffee flavour, roasted malt. Some hoppy bitterness in the finish. Rather light.
