Bottle from Misty Bottle, Isle of Skye. It pours deep golden - amber with a decent white head. The aroma is classic Scottish golden vibes... a bit spicy, grassy, nutty, some floral accents, hint of orange marmalade, biscuit and cereal. The taste is firmly dry, bitter, spicy hops, grassy, floral, pithy citrus vibes, cereal, wood and biscuit with a drying, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Quite an old school pale ale vibe, but with elevated bitterness. Pretty decent for what it is.
